By accessing or using the services provided by Automation AI Service LLC, doing business as FieldSite Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Automation AI Service LLC, doing business as FieldSite Systems provides systems design, workflow support, and operational consulting for field service businesses. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Call handling, texting, and scheduling setup
• Quote and customer record management systems
• Workflow design and tool integration
• Custom software when appropriate
• Website and local presence improvements
• Ongoing system support and maintenance

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms for any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

In delivering these services, we may process customer data on your behalf, such as call records, quotes, or customer information, strictly to perform the work you have hired us to do.

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith during projects
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Follow applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain any login credentials we provide to you for your systems or tools

You are responsible for ensuring that anyone on your team who accesses your systems or tools complies with these Terms.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All fees are in US dollars
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice
• We may pause services for overdue accounts
• For recurring services, you authorize ongoing billing until you cancel in writing

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your business.

We retain ownership of:

• Our existing tools, frameworks, and methods
• General knowledge, skills, and experience
• Reusable software components
• Our company name, branding, and trademarks

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation AI Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, in which case this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if payments are not made as agreed.

You may terminate your engagement with us according to your service agreement or by providing written notice as outlined in that agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
