TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the services provided by Automation AI Service LLC, doing business as FieldSite Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Automation AI Service LLC, doing business as FieldSite Systems, provides specialized lead capture and operational systems for home service businesses. Our services include:

• Missed call recovery and SMS response systems
• Website booking and calendar integration
• High conversion websites, Google/Meta ads, and local SEO
• Done For You system management and technical support

The specific scope of work and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement. We process customer data on your behalf, such as call records and lead information, strictly to perform the work you have hired us to do.

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Cooperate in good faith during the setup process
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain any login credentials provided for your systems

You are responsible for ensuring your team complies with these Terms.

Pricing for our services is variable and will be specified in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All fees are in US dollars
• Payments are due as outlined in your specific agreement
• We may pause services for overdue accounts
• For recurring services, you authorize ongoing billing until you cancel in writing

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your business. We retain ownership of our existing tools, frameworks, methods, and general industry knowledge. We also retain all rights to our company name, branding, and trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation AI Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if payments are not made as agreed. You may terminate your engagement according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
