Client Messaging Responsibilities
If we provide systems that send text messages, calls, emails, or other communications on behalf of your business, you are responsible for ensuring that your business has proper consent from your customers and leads before contacting them.
You agree that you will not use FieldSite systems to send messages to people who have not opted in, who have opted out, or who should not be contacted under applicable law.
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from your customers

Our services may connect with third-party platforms, tools, or providers for messaging, phone calls, email, scheduling, forms, hosting, payments, analytics, automation, or advertising.
These third-party platforms may have their own terms, policies, limitations, outages, fees, or compliance requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, delivery failures, account suspensions, rejected registrations, carrier filtering, advertising platform decisions, or other issues outside our direct control.
No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

- A specific return on investment
- Google rankings
- Ad performance
- Message delivery in every case
- Approval by messaging carriers or third-party platforms
Your results may depend on many factors, including your market, pricing, response times, sales process, reputation, website traffic, ad budget, customer demand, and third-party platform behavior.
